Green Code Protocol v2.1 · Water Infrastructure
Stop water loss before it becomes a water crisis.
A proposed acoustic sensor network for municipal water systems. Engineering methodology published. First pilot: Texas County, OK — proposal submitted, awaiting county sign-on. 0 sensors currently deployed.
The whole idea, explained simply
Cities lose a lot of clean water through leaky old pipes — like a bucket with holes.
We want to put small listening devices on pipes that hear leaks — the way a doctor hears a heartbeat.
Fixing leaks saves water and money. Large data centers that consume significant water would help fund it through a compliance fee.
Nothing is built yet. This site shows the plan — and we label exactly what is real, what our math projects, what we are asking permission to try, and what is speculative.

Sensors Deployed
0 VERIFIED
Zero sensors installed as of 2026-07-16. This is the current, verified state.
First Pilot Proposal
50 sensors proposed, Texas County OK PROPOSED
Engineering documents submitted April 2026. No contract signed, no ordinance passed, no hardware installed. Awaiting county sign-on.
Projected Water Loss Reduction
12–28% modeled NRW reduction range MODELED
Projection derived from IWA/AWWA M36 methodology applied to Ogallala region baseline conditions. Not a measured outcome — no sensors deployed.
ROI Target
10:1 twelve-month TARGET (modeled) MODELED
Methodology published. This is a modeled design projection. Actual return quantified post-pilot instrumentation.
Funding Model
Zero-taxpayer-cost developer compliance fee structure PROPOSED
Developer compliance fee structure proposed under GCTS-1. No ordinance passed. Subject to council adoption.
Detection Method
Industry-standard acoustic leak-correlation PROPOSED
IWA/AWWA M36-compliant acoustic correlation approach. Final sensor specification pending pilot procurement.
Honesty before anything
What Is Real vs. What Is Projected
We operate on a simple rule: if you have to click a disclaimer to find out something isn't real yet, the site is misleading you. So here it is, top-level.
● VERIFIED — Real today
- 0 sensors deployed — anywhere in the world
- Engineering methodology published (GCTS-1, IWA/AWWA M36)
- Texas County, OK proposal submitted — April 2026
- Green Code Protocol white paper published
- Commercial hardware specified (ARM Cortex-M4, RPi/x86 gateway)
● MODELED — Math says this is plausible
- 12–28% NRW reduction range (IWA/AWWA M36 methodology)
- 10:1 twelve-month TARGET (modeled) (methodology published)
- São Paulo-scale utility scenario (modeled, not a contract)
- Cooling mandate fiscal impact projections
● PROPOSED — We're asking permission to try
- 50-sensor pilot — Texas County, OK (awaiting sign-on)
- Zero-taxpayer compliance fee funding model
- Closed-loop cooling mandate for >10 MW facilities
- ZK verification layer (Rust Bulletproofs — not production-ready)
- Acoustic sensor hardware selection (pending procurement)
● VISIONARY — Speculative / worldbuilding
- The Outer Book / The Inner Book — narrative worldbuilding
- Anchor's Oath, The 90,000 Nodes, Silicon Council lore
- Planetary Nervous System / "Ecological sovereignty" vision
- All speculative content lives at /vision/ →
